Go Serve Annual Memberships provide extensive breakdown cover anywhere in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar when your vehicle breaks down. If your vehicle breaks down within an area of our coverage, our RSA service will ensure that you are provided with quick repair services to get you moving. This includes fixing starting issues, minor electrical repairs, repairs to chain, replacement of snapped cables, & sprockets-based issues, cleaning of faulty spark plugs, etc.
If we are unable to repair the vehicle at the roadside (within a reasonable time), we will decide, based upon our technical expertise in breakdown situations, either to provide a temporary repair to the broken down vehicle, or transport the broken down vehicle to our service center. We will provide Drop up to 2 passengers of the broken-down vehicle at the nearest public transport and your vehicle will be in our custody.
We will inform you once your vehicle gets repaired then you will have to collect it or else on a payable basis(free 10km towing is not included) we will deliver it to you at the location of your choice. We will advise you to get the Vehicle checked in your desired service station to ensure that the fault gets solved.
The number of free claims, which you can make during the membership year, is shown on your membership plans summary. Paid RSA is also available for non Annual members.
